Objective: Change the brand look and feel of the Samsung Exynos Global social pages
(Facebook and Twitter).
Idea: To create content that follows Samsung style guide whilst showing the fun and creative side of the brand, without compromising the brand message. Each image will be able to deliver the message even when the users are yet to see the copy. The copy will help the audience understand the message more.
We also created new content pillars that enabled us to explore creativity in an engaging manner. As a very techie brand, it’s vital that the messaging is very easy to understand, and creating content pillars with that in mind, was very helpful.
Result: Since working on the account in May 2014, the social channels' engagement, interaction and following have increased significantly and also look fresh in comparison to what they were creating, pre-May 2014.
